Comments: 1. Cats are to be spayed or neutered.2. Proper disposal of cat litter (securely bagged) must be done on a frequent basis. Odors arising from cat litter will not be tolerated.

Comments: 1. Barking will not be tolerated as it is considered a nuisance to other residents. 2. All dogs must be licensed as required by local government. 3. Dogs must be 30 pounds or less in size, unless specified by breed as approved by Management.

Restrictions: Please note that any damage incurred by a cat or dog will be considered the resident’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly.
